There is something very different from American education or other countries' , which is students are not allowed to have a cell phone until they enter the university. However, not every student think that will prevent them from having a phone with the money that was supposed to be used on their daily meal at school. One day, i saw a friend was playing his phone during class time and he was showing off about using a phone during class. I was sort of surprised at first but then i was thinking why he had a phone but i did not. Thus, i decided to get a phone too. But i did not have enough money even if i used the meal money.
